This site is intended to provide information which is useful to the Amateur Radio community.

Features of the site include callsign lookup and practice exminations for Amateur Extra, General and Technician class license. There is a growing reference section for regulations, operating and technical aspects of Amateur Radio. Content will be added fast as it can be edited and formatted for the site.

The databases for this site are obtained from the Fedral Communications Commission (FCC) and other government agencies. The callsign information is updated on a daily basis using daily transaction files from the FCC. The entire database is replaced on a weekly basis to ensure accuracy. Updates may be delayed several hours after the FCC releases the latest callsign information. This is due to the proccessing time required to geocode (determine latitude/longitude) of callsigns.
